The euro could make a charge at 1.13 against the dollar in the summer and head to levels seen before the election of US President Donald Trump if European Central Bank president Mario Draghi follows his hawkish peers at the central bank and takes a less accommodative tone, says Tony Nyman, FX fundamentals manager for Europe at Informa Global Markets (IGM).
