Barbados bar owner rolls out FX broker comparison site
Website targets SMEs seeking to obtain the best price for their international payment transfers
UK- and Barbados-based entrepreneur Steve Plant has launched a foreign exchange broker comparison site, called WhichFX.
A dentist by trade, as well as a serial entrepreneur, Plant created WhichFX because of his unreserved frustration at trying to make payments between the UK and Barbados, where he owns a bar. Instinctively, Plant did not want to use banks because he knew it would cost him more to transfer money internationally than with a broker.
