Scott & Scott, the law firm that was appointed lead counsel alongside Hausfeld LLP in a class action lawsuit filed by the Massachusetts-based pension fund Haverhill Retirement System on February 13, is now at the forefront of one of the most important and far-reaching cases to have ever hit the foreign exchange market.
