Merrill gains three in Asian forex

Merrill is believed to have hired Alvin Chan as managing director and head of North Asia for its FX direct and structured FX businesses. Chan joins from Deutsche Bank and will lead a team providing structuring and advisory services to financial advisers and their clients.
