Patel joins BMO from TD Securities

Arpit Patel has joined the foreign exchange desk of Bank of Montreal (BMO) in London. Patel started on April 1 in the role of vice-president, foreign exchange trading, reporting to Simon Watkins, managing director in FX in London.  He joins from Toronto Dominion Securities, where he was responsible for trading the euro and the Swiss franc.

TD Securities hired Patel in July 2010 as a vice-president on its FX spot desk, reporting locally to Martin Ryan, head of the London spot desk. Prior to that
