CLS's Slater to join Standard Chartered in Singapore
Peter Slater, deputy chief executive at CLS Group in London, is to join Standard Chartered in Singapore as group head of operational risk. He will report to group chief risk officer Richard Goulding. Slater, who is also chief executive of CLS Services, resigned his post at CLS several weeks ago and is working through an agreed handover period with the settlement risk mitigation utility. Before joining CLS in 2005, Slater worked at Deutsche Bank
