Troy Rohrbaugh, global head of foreign exchange and rates at JP Morgan in New York, has been appointed to chair the board of the global FX division of the Global Financial Markets Association, a key industry body for the FX market.

Rohrbaugh, who was previously vice-chair of the board, replaces Zar Amrolia of Deutsche Bank, who remains on the board but steps down from the position of chair, which he has held since the global FX division was first established in June 2010.
