Barclays launches client aggregator in response to fragmentation

Barclays is rolling out a new aggregation tool to clients to tackle the increasing fragmentation of liquidity in the foreign exchange spot market. Dubbed Barx Gator, the tool has been tested by the bank's spot traders for more than a year and is based on a smart order router that is connected to a range of spot-trading venues.
