CLS appoints five new board members

Settlement utility CLS today announced that it has elected five new directors to its board, taking the total number of board members to 24.

Joining the board are: Gérard Gil, senior adviser to general management at BNP Paribas; David Hudson, global chief operating officer (COO) for rates, foreign exchange and public finance at JP Morgan; Karen Keenan, head of global markets for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (Emea) at State Street; Maggie Parent, COO for operations, technology and data at
