RBC hires head of EM and global FX strategy

Daniel Tenengauzer joins from StanChart in New York

Royal Bank of Canada: two senior hires

Daniel Tenengauzer, former managing director and macro strategist at Standard Chartered, has joined Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) Capital Markets as head of emerging markets (EM) and global foreign exchange strategy.

He started at the Canadian bank earlier this month, based in New York and reporting to Marc Harris, head of global research.

Tenengauzer has been working in financial markets since 1997, originally at Intesa Sanpaolo for one year before moving to Goldman Sachs, where he was a fixed
