UniCredit hires former BAML trader

Warwick Palmer joins the Italian bank in London

Warwick Palmer, a former managing director, and head of emerging markets rates and foreign exchange trading for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (Emea) at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML), has joined UniCredit.

Based in London, he becomes global head of rates and FX for central and eastern European trading at the Italian bank, after spending more than three years out of the market.

Palmer worked at BAML until March 2011, ending an eight-year spell at the US bank. He moved there from Lehman
