Hotspot's Miesner leaves firm after 13 years

John Miesner, managing director and global head of sales at KCG Hotspot, has left the company after more than 13 years.

Based in Jersey City, New Jersey, Miesner had worked at the firm since 2001, reporting to Albert Maasland, head of global execution services and platforms at KCG.

Bill Goodbody, managing director and business manager at KCG Hotspot, will take over Miesner's role for the time being, according to a spokesperson at the company.
