Zar Amrolia, previously Deutsche Bank's co-head of debt and currency trading in London, has moved into a technology role and will lead the firm's IT improvement efforts.

His co-head, Richard Herman, will now be in charge of the debt and currency trading division, based in New York.

Herman took on his co-head role in February, after heading up the institutional client group business since 2008. He relocated to New York from London at the time of the appointment.
