Caplin promotes Ashworth to chief executive
COO moves into top job at FX technology vendor
John Ashworth, chief operating officer at foreign exchange technology vendor Caplin Systems, has become its chief executive in London, replacing Paul Caplin who remains on the board as executive chairman.
Ashworth joined Caplin in February, following a four-year career at FXall, where he was most recently global head for enterprise solutions. He was also part of the management team during its sale to Thomson Reuters in 2012.
