Nomura Americas FX COO joins buy side

Guilherme Decca, chief operating officer for Nomura's foreign exchange principal strategies group in the US, has left the firm to join Blue Helm Capital Management as president.

Based in New York, Decca had worked at the Japanese bank since July 2010, reporting to Vincent Primiano, chief operating officer for global markets in the Americas.
