CLS appoints Lichter to the board
He is also secretary general of the Euro Banking Association
CLS Group has announced its shareholders' election of Gilbert Lichter to serve as an outside director on its board of directors from January 1, 2015.
Lichter is chief executive of Paris-based EBA Clearing, the bank-owned provider of pan-European payment infrastructure solutions, and secretary general of the Euro Banking Association. He served on the managing board of clearing company Cedel between 1989 and 1992.
