BAML's Bae takes leave of absence

Global head of e-Ficc trading takes time off

Chris Bae, global head of electronic fixed income, currencies and commodities (Ficc) trading at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML), has taken a sabbatical for personal reasons.

Based in New York, he reports to David Sobotka, head of global Ficc trading.

Bae joined BAML in 2009 as global co-head of FX options, reporting to Chris Vogel, then head of G10 currency trading.

Previously, Bae worked for a decade at Goldman Sachs, most recently as a managing director in the equity derivatives trading
