Stelrox Capital Management appoints CFO

Richard Garlick, former head of banking book business control at Lloyds Bank, has joined currency firm Stelrox Capital Management as chief financial officer.

London-based Garlick left the UK bank in December, having served in his previous role for eight years. He was responsible for providing financial support for trading foreign exchange, rates, commodities, bonds and money markets.
