Danish bank wants to break down barriers
Saxo Bank has launched a live trading ideas service on social media for its retail clients in a bid to remove the barriers between institutional and retail trading.
Dubbed #SaxoStrats, the service is available through networks such as Twitter and Periscope, and will stream trade ideas from its own in-house experts and market analysts.
This is the latest move from the Danish bank as it seeks to build out its mobile trading franchise, which it says makes up 20% of retail volumes – 60% is traded on
