Abyaneh takes time out

Varqa Abyaneh, a foreign exchange options trader at HSBC in London, is leaving the bank to take time out of the market for personal reasons. 

At HSBC, which he rejoined in 2010, Abyaneh managed euro crosses and the G10 correlation book, and he was also involved in launching new products such as targeted accrual redemption notes (Tarn) and structured long-date options. He reported to Ashwath Venkataraman, head of FX options for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
