CSC to acquire Fixnetix
Final deal expected in Q3 2015
CSC, a US-headquartered provider of back-office services, has agreed to acquire Fixnetix, a UK-based technology firm specialising in front-office trading solutions.
"With this acquisition our clients will gain access to an expanded range of as-a-service, front-office capabilities as we build on our commitment to provide reliable, cost-efficient technology infrastructure," says Steve Hilton, executive vice-president and general manager of global infrastructure services at CSC.
