Divanlıoğlu joins Saxo in Turkey

He leaves X-Trade Brokers

Savaş Divanlıoğlu, former chief executive of X-Trade Brokers (XTB), a retail foreign exchange broker, is set to join Saxo Bank as head of operations in Turkey.

Divanlıoğlu established XTB, which he headed, in 2010. Previously, he worked at Citi, beginning his financial career in 1997.

From 2007 until he left in 2009, Divanlıoğlu was chief executive of Citi's securities arm in Turkey. He also held a variety of positions at the bank in Turkey, Israel and the US.
