CLS CEO to brief market participants on code of conduct progress
David Puth will speak at an ACI America event in late October in New York
David Puth, chief executive of CLS and chairman of the Bank for International Settlements' (BIS) Markets Participants Group (MPG), will speak at a financial markets association ACI America event on October 27 in New York, outlining progress to date and providing views on what market participants may expect from the MPG.
The group, which met for the first time on September 8, consists of around 25 market participants from across the industry that will assist the BIS Foreign Exchange Working Group
