Citi and JP Morgan face disputes unconnected with the benchmark scandal

In the balance: Citi is defending a number of employment cases related to FX

Two foreign exchange-related employment cases are due to hit the courts in the coming weeks, as the number of such disputes increases. 

Patrice Ktorza, former executive director in FX sales at JP Morgan, who left the bank in August 2015, is suing his former employer for unfair dismissal, according to a court filing at the East London Employment Tribunal.
