Sands becomes a partner at Rubicon Fund

Anna Sands, former executive director for foreign exchange emerging market (EM) sales to hedge funds at Morgan Stanley, has become a partner at Rubicon Fund Management (RFM) and joined its leadership team.

Founded in 1999, RFM is a privately-owned investment management partnership, which invests in fixed-income, FX, commodities, derivatives and public equity markets.

Sands worked for Morgan Stanley in London between June 2007 and January this year. She left the US firm along with key figures
