TradAir cuts issue diagnostic times by 90%
The technology provider has implemented a series of diagnostic tools provided by Elastic
Foreign exchange technology provider TradAir has reduced issue diagnostic times by around 90% after it implemented a set of open-source monitoring and diagnostic tools provided by Elastic, the UK firm announced on June 16.
The new suite of tools allows TradAir to empower its operations, helping the support teams to better monitor the network and clients' connections in real time, enabling them to intervene and resolve issues before they have an impact on the platform's performance.
