GTX recruits Reichel in institutional sales
Thomas Reichel joins from Bats Hotspot and brings more than 20 years' experience to his new role
Institutional foreign exchange platform GTX has hired Thomas Reichel as director of institutional sales, based in Chicago and reporting to John Miesner, global head of sales.
Reichel has more than 20 years' experience in the industry. He joins GTX from Bats Hotspot, where he had been a managing director since 2010. Before that, he acted as a vice-president for the trading platform between 2005 and January 2010. Previously, Reichel worked at Kingstree Trading, and Chicago Research and Trading.
