DTCC appoints new member to board of directors
Lisa Pollina, former vice-chair of RBC Capital Markets, joins the audit, finance/capital and risk committees
The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) has named Lisa Pollina as the newest member of its board of directors. Following her appointment, she will join the audit, finance and capital, and risk committees.
Pollina joins the DTCC after spending three years as vice-chairman of RBC Capital Markets and two years as senior adviser to the chief executive for RBC International on strategic global corporate development actions.
Before RBC, Pollina was the global financial institutions
