Kar heads to Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong
He joins the US bank at the end of the month
Manabesh Kar, an FX options trader at BNP Paribas in Singapore, is set to join Morgan Stanley as an FX options trader at the bank's office in Hong Kong, people familiar with the matter have told FX Week.
Kar had been with the French bank since 2006, first focusing on major European currencies, before moving on to yen and then Pacific country currency trading.
BNP declined to comment. Morgan Stanley declined to comment.
