Icap has appointed Arjun Singh-Muchelle as global head of regulatory affairs at its global broking division (IGBB).

Based in London, Singh-Muchelle will report to Don McClumpha, chief operating officer of IGBB and chief executive of i-Swap.

Singh-Muchelle was previously a senior adviser on regulatory affairs in relation to institutional investment and capital markets at The Investment Association. Prior to that role, he was head of European Union affairs for the British Bankers' Association and
