OCC suspends Johnson from markets

He pleaded not guilty to alleged felony charges in August, but OCC says the charges involve dishonesty and breach of trust

The US Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) has issued a notice of suspension to Mark Johnson, global head of foreign exchange and commodities for the Americas at HSBC, banning him from participating in markets.

The notice came after a grand jury issued an indictment against Johnson, alleging felony charges of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and 10 counts of wire fraud.
