Javier Hernandez, head of FX sales to hedge funds at BMO Capital Markets, left the bank before the Christmas break. He reported to Glenn Anson, head of fixed-income, commodities and currency sales for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. London-based Hernandez joined BMO in 2014, from French bank Natixis, where he spent a couple of months, following a two-year stint at ING (2011–13). Previously, he worked in FX corporate sales at RBS between 2010 and 2011, and at hedge fund Brevan Howard
