Hotspot appoints Weinberg as head of FX liquidity analysis
In the newly created role, Jon Weinberg is tasked with creating sophisticated data analytics to improve the trading experience
Jon Weinberg has joined Hotspot in the newly created role of head of foreign exchange liquidity analysis as the institutional FX trading platform moves to enrich its systems with better data analytics capabilities for sourcing liquidity.
Based in London, Weinberg will report to Bryan Harkins, head of US equities and global FX at CBOE.
Weinberg comes to Hotspot from UBS, where he was head of liquidity management within the bank’s FX electronic trading group between May and December 2016. At
