Oslo base: Stromme started his foreign exchange career in 1989 at Reuters Dealing

Jan Stromme, a member of the e-FX distribution team at non-bank liquidity provider XTX Markets, has left the firm after working there for seven years, FX Week has learnt.

Stromme was one of the first employees in GSA Capital’s FX team, led by Alex Gerko, which later spun out to become XTX Markets.

His career in foreign exchange began in February 1998 at Reuters Dealing, where he was a liquidity specialist based in Oslo for more than five years.
