Broadway Technology secures $42m for expansion

Long Ridge Equity Partners says Broadway well positioned to take advantage of rapidly evolving capital markets landscape

Broadway Technology, a provider of financial trading solutions, has received a $42 million investment from Long Ridge Equity Partners to expand its product and services offering.

The cash infusion gives the private investment firm a minority stake in the company. Long Ridge’s managing partner, Jim Brown, and partner, Kevin Bhatt, will join Broadway’s board of directors.
