Harlow, Meyer, Savage Plans Restructuring In New York For Beginning Of November

Harlow, Meyer, Savage, Inc. in New York is planning a restructuring for November, officials at the foreign exchange brokerage confirm. As what sources describe as a "difficult year" winds to a close, the changes may well put an end to persistent rumors surrounding the New York office's future, they say.

"We are restructuring," says Robert McCully, Harlow's president in New York, "We are working out what we are going to do, and we imagine the restructuring will be done at the beginning of November
