Echo Netting Group Staffs Up To 19 Ahead Of 1994 Launch

The European Clearing House Organization (Echo) has spent the four months since it became a limited company staffing up as it prepares for its planned launch next year of a multilateral clearing house for foreign exchange netting. Echo now has 19 core employees, and plans to add operational staff as the start date nears, says chief executive Graham Duncan.
