New CFTC documentation rules could force Isda master modifications

Derivatives dealers will probably face modifications to standardised documentation that governs international over-the-counter trades – such as the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (Isda) master agreement – under the latest rulemaking proposals published by the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).
