ACI Congress Focuses On Global Economy With Speakers Skeptical Over Maastricht


Since the fall of the Berlin wall, which effectively marked the end of the communist era, Europe has been viewed in a different light by global players in foreign exchange. The 35th annual congress of the Association Cambiste Internationale (ACI), held in Helsinki, focused on just what effects the political changes in Europe will have on the global economy and its financial system.
