FX Committee Guidelines Bring Forex USA Conference To Life

The Foreign Exchange Committee has sent out a letter outlining guidelines to U.S. banks about the practice of brokers' switches, after concern that they were imperfectly understood by management in some financial institutions who frequently banned the practice, delegates to the Forex USA conference were told.

FX Committee chairman Lewis (Woody) Teel, who is executive vice president of the Bank of America, said a final draft of the guidelines, dated September 23, coincided with the conference
