More than 200 delegates attended the second Pan-American Congress, exceeding the Forex USA organisers' expectations.
Focusing on emerging markets, the meeting featured presentations from the president of Argentina's central bank, the deputy governor of the Banco de Mexico, the deputy governor to the Bank of Canada and the New York Federal Reserve Bank president.
