Having a rethink: Cboe stops bitcoin futures trading

CBOE Futures Exchange (CFE) is calling a halt to its listing of bitcoin futures, saying it needs to take another look at how it deals with crypto derivatives.

The exchange said in an update for traders that it will not put forward a USD/XBT futures contract for trading in March.

“CFE is assessing its approach with respect to how it plans to continue to offer digital asset derivatives for trading. While it considers its next steps, CFE does not currently intend to list additional XBT futures
