Jeremy Hill is managing director, head of foreign exchange and money-market operations at Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) in London and co-chair of the operations committee of the global foreign exchange division of the Association for Financial Markets in Europe (Afme). He talks to Joel Clark about the work RBS, Afme and the industry are doing to prepare for regulatory change in the FX market.
