COESfx fined over fraud

A New York court ordered the platform to pay $246,601 to defrauded clients, in a case brought by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). In a separate case, the CFTC fined a Florida company $500,000 for soliciting funds from clients while unregistered.
