Fraudulent FX sites uncovered

The United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio has entered a restraining order against defendant Marin Illiev Yanev from Sofia, Bulgaria, individually, and his operations, FX Unigma and FX World.

The order originates from a CFTC enforcement action alleging that Yanev, since at least October 2003, operated two fraudulent websites, www.fx.unigma.com and www.fx-world.com. Through them, the defendant is said to have solicited funds from retail customers to trade FX futures
