Texas judge to hear FX ponzi case

WASHINGTON, DC - The US Commodity Futures Trading Commission's (CFTC) case against Ray White and CRW Management, who allegedly ran a $10.9 million ponzi scheme, will be heard on Wednesday (March 11).

The case alleges that the duo gained funds from 250 investors through false promises of up to 416% returns from over-the-counter FX trading.
