EBS Goes Live In Madrid And Stockholm As Minex Customer Conversion Proceeds

The Electronic Broking Service went live last week in Madrid, adding the mark/peseta to its list of currencies, officials confirm. The electronic FX matching service is slated to bring up Stockholm this week, along with the mark/Swedish krona, and to add Ecu/mark on 26 February, bringing to 16 the number of currency pairs traded on the service.

Two banks are using the service in Madrid, EBS partners Bank of America, JP Morgan, and two in Stockholm, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken and Swedbank. EBS
