Moody’s Upgrades Mexico To Investment Grade
Moody’s Investors Service, the US ratings agency, has upgraded Mexico to Baa3 -- investment grade -- signalling that the country that precipitated the Tequila crisis in December 1994 is close to full rehabilitation.
"Mexico’s economy increasingly shows signs of delinking from the rest of Latin America and becoming intertwined with the North American economies," the ratings agency says.
