MidAm, CME Plan U.S. Dollar Index Offerings, A Battle Of The Baskets?

Times must be getting tough if two exchanges are battling to grab a piece of the Finex's U.S. Dollar Index business. The Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) and the MidAmerica Commodity Exchange (MidAm) are both planning to unveil U.S. Dollar Index contracts, each hoping to give the Finex a run for its money.
