Bank Of America Sends Thomas To Singapore In Plan To Establish Currency Options Desk

Bank of America plans to transfer its global FX options development director, Bryan Thomas, to Singapore to set up its new options desk there, according to the bank's global FX co-ordinator, Paul Chappell (FX Week, October 3). Thomas, who is currently based in London, will move in March for a one-or-two-year stint in Singapore, he says.

Chappell says that the regional treasurer, Kenneth Koh, will head the options business, but that Thomas will help to get the new desk going, supervising hiring
